Well,this year my birthday seem to come and go really quickly.I didnt realise it was going to be my birthday until like two weeks before my birthdate..Growing older and older..heeeheee..But I got a really really precious birthday gift of my life this year.It's the GREATEST birthday gift I reckon...This birthday GiFT was the reborn of me-SHERN LI.This gift finally gave me the real confirmation deep deep down in my heart that I am saved.And now I have no doubts whether have I been saved.
This birthday gift also made me decide and gave me the determination to not run away from my old sins and problems I face.Instead now,I am going to solve them and "menghapuskan" them one by one with my heavenly Father's strength and wisdom that He gives me.I will not lead my sinful life with my old self anymore.I want to put on my new self.
And last but not least I want to love the people around me more than I ever did with the LOVE of CHRIST,my Saviour.
Really want to say a BIG "Thank You" to all of you who gave presents,wished me birthday wishes,went out for a small birthday outing and not to forget the REAL SURPRISE of council meeting(really unexpected..) and ONE MORE THING to my parents who brought me and celebrated my birthday in Phuket with me(not sure if its coincidence,but anyways,it was a sweet one,mama papa.Thank you)

After about an hour plus of enjoying snorkelling ,swimming(okay,more like floating),"fish therapy" and absorbing the beautiful view..we made our way back to the jetty.Before that,a warning to everyone that wants to go to phi phi islands..if u want to buy snacks/drinks there,dont buy there.It really expensive.Bring your own snacks.hehehe.The whole trip actually provides you with drinks(softdrinks& local beer) and some light snacks.
It was almost sunset and early evening when we reach back to our hotel.Quickly showered and made our way to the Canal Shopping area to catch the boat ride to Sheraton for dinner.The ride on the free shuttle service-Tuk Tuk.Cause as you get a ride from them,you can feel the breeze blowing against your face.The sunset view at the Canal village is awesome.The colour of the sky which is orangiee-purply,hard to describe,take a look!
While waiting for the boat to arrive,we went shopping at the canal village.The shops here are basicly more expensive.But at certain shops you can still bargain but I wouldnt promise you it will be a successful one.The boat ride was a slow and quiet one.It lets you take in the super duper nice view of the hotels and scenery.
The hotel I stayed at..
Had my birthday cake..It's so yummy!Wild berries sauce with white chocolate cheesecake.Pricey I would say,but since its at a hotel restaurant,I guess its as expected.
Day 3
The day before we make our way home.As its one hour later than Malaysia.All four of use tend to wake up the malaysia time.To save money(haha.no la.)We have our cup noodles which is all shrimp tom yum flavour.(btw,we have been having it for breakfastS)haha.Its a local brand but I can promise you its really delicious!It isnt too spicy,just the right taste and its economical.If any of you interested to but it when you're in Thailand,the brand is called MAMA.Most of the flavours they offer there is tom yum.There are even really cute packaging for all the Winnie the pooh character fans!!haha..

The shopping malls and supermarket open around 10 am Thailand time(11 am malaysian time)-this means that the MAIN DOOR is really not open.But as we were up so early,we took a local cabby(500 baht,rm50) to Central Festival.As we were there much TOO early,we decided to go BIG C SUPERMARKET first.This supermarket is what I would say a not-to-miss supermarket as you can get chocolates,snacks(LAYS!!),local food products and other stuff at a very cheap price.For example PRETZ-by Thai Glico,its so sold at rm0.95 while you have to pay rm2 in KL.so its a really good buy.Comparably,its cheaper and might be the cheapest amongst all the supermarket in Phuket.
After shopping for 2 hours plus,we walked to
Central Festival(its next to each other,just that u have to walk a bit).This time round,it was opened.Actually I was pretty disappointed with this place.Because this place was like said to be selling lots of things at a rather cheap price.But actually it isnt.There were mostly branded shops and quite a few shops and things there can be pricey.The only shop I could see sell quite okay-pricing stuff was the japanese food outlet.So much cheaper compared to KL.haha.Not much food outlets there.
Just some shopping advices,if you want to buy cheap and bargainable phuket tshirts,you can make your way to this place which is at Patong Beach area.Outside Carrefour at Jung Ceylon is a market.Next to the market is actually a barzaar.Good quality tshirts can be found if you walk into the bazaar.However you will find a lot of shops selling the same things.So find the shop which can give you the best price.
One things funny I find in Phuket:
When you are at a shop and you ask
"How much is it?"
All the shop owners will say this:
"I give you GOOD PRICE",then he/she takes out their calculator.
Then you ask again:"How much is your GOOD PRICE?"
:"I give you GOOD PRICE,GOOD PRICE"
*Tips*:When you bargain for a thing you wnat to buy,bargain 50%-75% of that price..
When back to hotel to rest after a day of shopping.That night,we tried the Thai food at Allamanda Hotel.Pretty okay.I realised I got addicted to GAENG KALAY KAI-GReen curry chicken.hahaha.
Day 4
The day we go back.As out flight back to KL was at 7.05pm..we still had the whole day to use.So me,my dad and my sister renetd the hotel bicycle to cycle around the hotel area and to the WEDDING CHAPEL,elephant riding area,all the hotels and the seaside.

When I first saw this chapel,the first childish and dreamy thought came to me was:
"I want to get married here"..ahhaha..
Take a look..This chapel is a place if you want to have a wedding with close friends and family and it overlooks the lake,with a beautiful and simple hall...

Elephant ride!
Didnt go it for a ride.Wasnt that worth it.So instead I took pictures of it..There are two baby elephants which went to the seaside for a stroll..
The sea side.iT is the Andaman sea I think.Strong waves during this part of time.So its quite dangerous to go down to the sea.
Thats pretty much how my trip with my family to Phuket went.But its the feeling and the wonderful experience to see another country that is cool.hehehe.

I feel like I've got LOTS to say..
So many things happened recently..didnt have the time to really blog about things that has been happening cause everything seem to be coming behind each other.So i think I'll post about the most recent one...erm..PHUKET!yes..

DAY 1
Phuket is an island of Thailand.(It's not a camp,haha,u-noe-who),by aeroplanes it is approximately about..1 hour 15 minutes flight with MAS.The flight there is nice bause you get to see the islands and scenery from above(if you are travelling during daylight),be warned not to bring thick clothing cause you'll roast like a pig..For the first time when I saw Phuket..It reminded me of Malaysia with (cina+malay people) speaking in Thai language..I nearly thought that the pilot landed us in some other part of Malaysia..haha..Upon reaching,took a cab which cost 450 baht (RM45)..to Laguna Holiday Club..Laguna hotels(yeap,its like a perkampungan of HOTELS..owned by a company called LAGUNA)The hotel is located at Bangtao bay,which is like 30 minutes away from the airport.By the way,taxis in Thailand are really cool..they dont drive proton sagas,wiras,wajas..they drive TOYOTA CAMRY,VIOS,ALTIS,WISH,HONDA JAZZ,CITY,VOLVOS..yengnya...

The hotel we stayed at was really beautiful,moden and comfortable.A really good place if you wanna relax.The hotel perkampungan consists of like 6 five star hotels..Banyan Tree,Sheraton,laguna beach resort,Allamanda Resort,Laguna Holiday Cluib,Dusit Thani.all these hotels could be used by all the guest at Laguna's hotel guest^^This perkampungan is special cause it is connected by lakes and lagoons and roads.There is a Canal Village(shopping area),a wedding chapel(will tell you more about it.real cool),Beach area,squash courts,gyms,adventure and camp sites,Golf course....and banyak lagi..K..wanna stop bragging about the hotel..

Next stop we went was.....
Jung Ceylon
some cool games that were offered..
Patong beach and tourist Area..it IS really a tourist area..Shopping malls which sell brandedstuff..souvenirs that are so expensive and most likely they wont let you bargain with them.But theres this place where we bought t-shirts from phuket,which no customers there..so we managed to bargain from 250 baht (rm25) to 120 baht(rm12)..and i bought an elmo tshirt which at first was 350 baht(rm35) and I managed to bargain it to 150 baht(rm15)..wAh !so happy..bt it was actually one of the two places i managed to bargain during my WHOLE trip there..
the cleanest market ever I've seen
Theres this testaurant called Thai Brasserie by Blue Elephant.Blue Elephant is an established cooking school in Thailand,Bangkok and their food is REAL good.let the pictures talk.

dad bargaining
TUK-TUK..took us 450 baht for a tuk- tuk ride..EXPENSIVE!!and it was actually after a 15 minutes bargain from 600 baht.
.So tired out.Hotel gave all the hotel guests cocktail party.FREE..hahaa..had fun chatting with the G.O there..really friendly..and the food was good too...what a wonderful BIRTHDAY.hehhee
Next day 7.00am(Malaysian time:8 am)Trip to the PHI PHI ISLANDS!!!!On the way to the hotel previous day,we booked a trip to phi phi islands..using a local tour agent..a really beautiful "lady" came to bug us to join their tour..at first i really thought she IS a lady until she talked.WHOA.she is a "LADY"..anyways,she was really kind to give us a rebate to 1650 baht(rm165) per person for the whole trip..I was really excited to go..cause my mum has beens aying it is really really nice there..and we get to snorkel.I didnt really get to snorkle before..cause i remember the snorkle couldnt fit into my mouth the last time i went snorkelling at pulau paya,langkawi whe i was 9 years old.hahaha..

Sat on the speed boat with so many other people from different countries..CHINA,MALAYSIA,AUSTRALIA,USA,KOREA etc etc..Great weather,great tour guide(Mr.Sunny)-his name is for real..hahaha...took about 45 minutes to the first of the phi phi islands..which is Maya Bay..In english it is the Miami Beach.There was a movie about two people got lost on an island..and it was filmed on this beach..reallllllllyyyyy lovely scenery....
Next stop was this area where we could oni see from the boat...Rea; beautiful.Favourite spot.!!!Look at teh puctures..and you'll get what i mean..^^

Next was monkey island..so many monkeys..when the monkeys are given bananas..they do really humanly actions..first..they go to the waters...peels it..then washes it..wow..so hygenic..lol..really friendly monkeys..but camera shy..
Snorkelling Cove..we got to snorkel here!!yeah!!so many fish...and they really are attracted to tourist..they come SWIMMING TO U..FREE FISH THERAPY..lol..so cute..look at them!!
Lunch time..So hungry after all the part 1 snorkelling..had a 8 dishes meal..so kenyang.after that went around Phi pHI ISLAND TOWN to shop for souvenirs..didnt have enough time..cuz Mr.Sunny rushing us all to go to the next island.

No name island..But cool island.cause i think it looks so funky..hahhaa..and COLOURFUL!!
